Calyx WebConnect Integration
New York, New York, May 1, 2007 -- eSTYLE Software, developer of PreQual Engine, and Calyx Software, makers of the award winning Calyx Point® loan origination and processing system, have completed the integration of eSTYLE's PreQual Engine into Calyx Point.
eSTYLE PreQual Engine is a web based pre-qualification and pricing engine designed for mortgage brokers, retail lenders and wholesale lenders. It provides loan officers with detailed information about what programs, rates, and pricing is available for their borrowers. It enables loan officers to compare the loan programs within a wide selection of Prime, Sub-Prime, and Alt-A database, review the guidelines, and submit the loan to the dedicated account executive. The pinpoint pricing accuracy is ensured by real-time rate updates and automatic execution of applicable adjustments, limits, and requirements, matrices, and other underwriting guidelines.
The integration between Calyx Point and eSTYLE PreQual Engine using WebConnect technology will further simplify and streamline loan selection and pricing. Now, the loan officers can send loan data and receive pricing and conditions without leaving the Point application.
