Calyx WebConnect Integration

eSTYLE PreQual Engine is a web based pre-qualification and pricing engine designed for mortgage brokers. It provides you with the detailed information what programs, rates, and pricing is available for the borrowers in your Calyx Point database. It enables you to compare the loan programs within a wide selection of Prime, Sub-Prime, and Alt-A loans database, review the guidelines, and submit the loan to the dedicated account executive. The pinpoint pricing accuracy is ensured by real-time rate updates and automatic execution of applicable adjustments, limits, and requirements, matrices, and other underwriting guidelines.


eSTYLE PreQual Engine is now integrated into your Calyx Point application using Calyx WebConnect technology. You can send loan data and receive pricing and conditions without leaving the Point application! This will further simplify and streamline loan selection and pricing.


To start using eSTYLE PreQual Engine, you will need to sign up for our Broker PreQual service and activate Calyx WebConnect subscription.
